In 2023, Rimon co-founded ASK - a Kiribati-based research and consulting company that specialises in professional engagements in government, public policy, diplomacy, labour mobility, climate change, public relations, media, language and translation advisory services.

Our team thrives on a business model that uses the Kiribati concept of ‘Maroro’ or dialogue and is grounded in its excellent relations and network with government, the private sector and CSO to foster mutual understanding and forge durable relationships.
